Description:

A small plants from Rubiaceae family. It is a mountain flora (900 - 2000 m from sea surface) and native to Java also Sumatra. Differentiated with two similar species (A. montanum & A. borragineum) due to its single flower.

Habitat:

Tropical rain forest

Notes:

You can easily found this small beauty plants near Cikudapaeh track in Mount Halimun Salak National Park. Identified using: Steenis (1972) - Flora Pegunungan Jawa.
