Field Notes

Description:

Lighter and brighter blue than the Western Bluebird with no rust color on breast. Gray-blue on crown and down the back. Lighter below. Wings and tail is sky blue. Behavior about the same.

Habitat:

Spotted on the slopes, wires, fences and in the road. The area is near the wind mills, rolling hills and hardly any trees.
