Description:
Ruffled feather. ;-)
Smallish stocky bird. Black eye mask, white chest, some colour markings on chest as well? Overlapping top bit of beak.
Habitat:
Near the beach at Antulang, Negros Oriental, Philippines.
Notes:
I could not see the colours very well of this bird, but he reminds me of a Bee eater even though the tail and the stocky ness is a bit off.
