Field Notes

Description:

Small sparrow sized bird flying and land in large flock, picking gravel. Mostly white with rusty patches and black back/wings. Non-breeding colors. This bird which breeds in the high arctic has migrate to the northern US for winter.

Open Fields, Agriculture
