Description:

Spotted this tiny cluster in the leaf litter during a hike in the Arc of Appalachia reserves. First herbs to flower in the spring in this area. Delicate perrenial herb. 1 to 4 inch from a tuber.

Habitat:

Rich moist deciduous woodland.
