Sorry, should certainly be Phaneropterinae not Paneropterinae. Arethaea gracilipes is to my knowledge an US species and not found in Australia. It might be a Polichne sp., unfortunately there are many undescribed ones in Australia. Tettigoniidae, Katydid, might be a Paneropterinae.
It is an interesting looking insect. The pattern on the wings is intriguing to me.
