I think it's a Lincoln's sparrow, but from this angle I can't be sure. Need to be able to see the front for me to be sure, I'm sure someone can ID it from this angle though!
Oh I see it now I thought it had a black head but that is shadow! Duh! Don't I feel stupid
It's a sparrow, just hard to tell from this angle. Let me see if I can figure it out, sparrows are tough for me though
