Nice parasites, there is a mission on them, may I suggest you join it.
This is a Saddleback caterpillar. Be careful with it because the spiny hairs can result in a painful stinging feeling. It looks like those white things made be pupae from a parasite such as a wasp.
Please correct the location on the map so someone can help you with an ID, thanks.
