Species ID Suggestions

OK, I was unsure about the requirements for identifying scorpions since I'd never seen one before. I just wanted to share what I thought was a cool 'ability' of scorpions. When I get the chance, I'll upload the second one. It's a better photo, though at the same angle.
The aim of Project Noah is to identify the creatures we photograph since without a proper ID the spotting is not usable. Please read the FAQ at the bottom. If it is a photo that is totally unidentifiable, then you might as well not post it. If the proper color photo is the same as this one, then it is not usable.
OK, I knew that. I have one of it in its proper color, would that help with ID in anyway?
This is a scorpion, however, it is impossible to ID properly with only one photo.
