Habitat:

This species occurs in Mediterranean and sub-Mediterranean zones from extreme northeastern Italy through southwestern Slovenia, Croatia, southern Bosnia-Herzegovina, southern Montenegro to northwestern Albania. It is present on many Adriatic islands. The species ranges from sea level up to 1,400 m asl.

Notes:

To me, this one is the most beautiful that I found on island Lastovo!

Hello Lavi. If thes lizards are from 2 different locations you should make 2 spottings even if they are the same species. Thanks
Hi CindyBinghamKeiser, this island is full of those lizards. I spotted first one (pictures 1-3) on the hill above the Lastovo city. It is quite rocky but with green vegetation. And the second one (pictures 4-6) on the isolated rocky beach.
Beautiful colors on this lizard. Can you tell us a little about the habitat where it was spotted?
