Description:

About 18mm long.. male slightly smaller than female.. feeding (among other things) on Leptospermum scoparium flowers.

Habitat:

In a local national park.

Notes:

Yes so Nathan Ruser's is wrong and that's the one showing up front.
They often select the best and freshest flowers. This one is variable, sometimes reduced to dots on the shoulders http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/58386013 Your ALA link has Cyria imperialis black and yellow found on Banksia. And Castiarina crenata by Nora Peters is black and orange.
