Field Notes

Description:

They are recognized by their distinctive long snouts and geniculate antennae with small clubs; beyond that, curculionids have considerable diversity of form and size, with adult lengths ranging from 1 to 40 mm.

Habitat:

This love couple was found on my young Sesbania Grandiflora, in our garden in Windwardside, at the foot of the Volcano, Mount Scenery, on Saba in the Caribbean Sea.

Notes:

While checking out my Sesbania Grandiflora I noticed this cute couple. Took some intimate pictures and let them to it :-)

Last picture is my thumb for size.
