Field Notes

Description:

Brown and black bird, about six inches tall, with yellow bill and legs, and yellow patches behind the eyes.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood on insular tropical upland plateau.

Notes:

Spotted by a wildlife camera in my backyard. It's not much of a spotting. This invasive species is more than common hereabouts.
