Description:

•They eat nectar and the liquid of the flowers.
•They drill flowers to get the liquid.
•They are occasionally confused with swallow tailed hummingbirds.

Habitat:

Forests, gardens, parks, dense woodland
-I saw this hummingbird in Itaipava (RJ, Brazil)

I found the species, it's a violet capped woodnymph
My guess would be the Blue-tailed Emerald (female). But not sure cause can't see the full head.
