Field Notes

Description:

A large female with light green and orange colours. 12mm in length (so far the largest record for this species). Legs are very spiky (typical of these spiders). Spiders of this species has a characteristic rusty red "U" or "V" on their abdomen.

Habitat:

Found on resting on a small tree leaf along the forest trail in Tawau Hills Park, Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia.

Notes:

>>>Map accuracy: 1000m diameter. Sorry for my long absence from Project Noah, I have been recently accepted to study in the University of Malaysia Sabah (UMS) where I have been really busy for almost 2 months.
