According to Wikipedia, There are only two Eretmocera spp. in the Philippines - E. percnophanes (found on the island of Samar) and E. impactella (which is simply labelled "Philippines. Since the Photo, shown in this spotting, was taken in Luzon, it must be latter. Also, the moth referred to, in my Species ID Suggestion looks very much like the one in your photo.
