The Coucer (Crow Pheasant) - http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/9443052) whose nest some bees built their hive inches away from, has come up with a solution. He is extending the nest up into a stick wall on the side that is next to the bees... The missus seems okay with it. She was sitting on the nest this morning.

@Ava T-B, no swarm, the bees are there to stay, it seems. They do seem to be nomadic though, and follow the pollen! My garden is FULL of flowers at the moment, so I am not surprised they have arrived. Last year we also had a hive which remained there for 6 months or so, and then the bees suddenly left. But it's so interesting that in all of the branches of a large neem tree, they chose a place 6 inches away from the nest, to build their hive.
So those bees are staying there like that? It's not a swarm that appeared and then left in the next day or two?
