Description:

Seeing this beautiful individual in his natural habitat was quite a treat! I loved watching each detail of the bird, from the way he delicately trotted on rocks to the silhouette of his wings beaming in the sunlight. He was quite inquisitive, and came very close, seemingly not afraid. Made a lot of eye contact, which I found to be very special. One kid threw a ball and the gull caught it in his mouth, which leads me to believe the beauty was fed by human hands before. Hopefully it has stopped, and the gull can return to hunting naturally again.

Habitat:

You can find these beauties on the west coast of North America, from British Colombia to Baja California, Mexico.
