Description:

This badger woke up from winter hibernation and got hit by a car, a sad start on this year for the badger..
In respect for the badger I just took picture of his paw (I think it was a male)

Der skulle være en del, de er ihvert fald ikke truede. Faktisk er der observeret en meget tæt på hvor jeg bor. De fleste billeder der er på den danske naturside, er desværre også af dræbte dyr :( Jeg må på nattetur :)
Kanskje det ikke er så mange av de i Danmark. Men de er mest nattaktive så kan være derfor også, må sitte ute om kveldene så kommer de fram ;) Håper du får se en grevling en dag :)

It's the same here, most badger are road kill. That's sad, they are beautiful in their own way ;)
Very sad. Unfortunately in England almost all the badgers I saw were road kill - apart from the two that would come & wreck my garden in the middle of the night!
