Description:

White and green, variegated, evergreen bush with white flowers. The leaves are smooth and shiny. (Pittosporum?)

Habitat:

Residential landscaping in backyard. This bush is not native to California.

Notes:

This is not native to California. The non-variegated variety is found naturalized in several counties in California.
