I'm not totally sure about Pulsatilla alpina Craig. I was trying to ID it with a list of species at the botanic garden, I'm assuming it is a native species, unless it's become naturalized. I think these leaves are more deeply cut than Anemone blanda. Does the leaf form vary?
Very pretty but looks more like the white form of Anemone blanda than Pulsatilla alpina, which tends to have about 6 or 7 petals.
