This looks very similar to a wasp we have in the United States called a Tarantula Hawk (in the Family Pompilidae). Here's a photo of a species from Arizona: http://storage.wildobs.com/Pipinz/photos/BUGS_-_Tarantula_Hawk_Wasp.jpg It's probably a Pepsis wasp.
