Field Notes

Description:

2 different species, one showing fruiting bodies. Both growing on a rock wall.

Habitat:

Mixed hardwood forest, stonewall bordering a vernal pool (with upland behind it). Shady throughout the growing season, very wet & acidic soil conditions.
