What you have here is a different family of beetles. It is a darkling beetle, belonging to the Family Tenebrionidae. If you look at the pictures of Poecilus chalcites, you'll notice two little dents at the back of the pronotum (the part between the head and the wing covers). Your photo doesn't have those dents. It appears to be a Gleaming Darkling Beetle, Tarpela micans
