Scarabaeidae, Scarabaeinae

(1) anterior corners of pronotum pointed
(2) antennae lamellate, with last 3 segments composed of flattened lobes that can be held tightly together

Habitat:

indoor at MSC Institute of Technology, San Gabriel, San Pablo City, Philippines - a semi-agricultural area

No, Onthophagus have slightly different head form. Your question made me dig further, and I found out the genus. Two species on Philippines (aethiops, molossus), very similar to each other. Yours is a male.
