Description:

Light green colored parrot with Red beak and a little bit of red color on the wings.

Habitat:

Trees with dark shadow (Dense forests).

Notes:

I have seen it in north India, States :Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir.

I'm glad you posted these, Anurag! He's a lovely bird, and you were right about the ID! Atul has suggested it for you and given you a link so you can confirm it :) When you get a chance, do update the spotting with the new name and make sure you add the scientific name too! You can add some more specific info for this kind of parakeet too. So glad to have you aboard, I hope we see more from you!
