Habitat:

Fresh water ponds, lakes of Southern two-thirds of USA, with small pockets that reach into southern Ontario and Michigan.

It's a Damselfly, I got it. Sorry for the headaches guys and thanks for still bearing with me.
I'm glad someone pointed out that it was a damselfly and not dragonfly!
