Brugmansia

Sorry for the bad pic - it was windy. This popped up in my yard. There is a possibility that my neighbor planted it - though it's not the kind of thing she normally plants. I noticed it getting really big in late August, so I think this is 1 year's growth. The area it is in is loamy and shady. The soil is poor.
