Description:
I was excited to be able to see the entire family. The dominant male perched on top of a wood pile as a sentinel while the rest foraged below him. The male is easily recognized by his bright cinnamon-brown crown. The female and juveniles are seen in pics 3, 5, and 6.
Habitat:
Spotted at the Paton Center For Hummingbirds in Patagonia, Arizona.
