Description:

Aggressive vine with narrow, triangular leaves and white flowers that have corollas 2 to over 6 centimeters wide. This one has yellow in the center but others can have light pink.

Habitat:

Growing all over chaparral plants at Lake Poway. "This plant is native to Southern California, the Channel Islands of California, and into Baja California, Mexico, where it is most common along the coast." - Wikipedia
