Description:

Some type of pill millipede or woodlouse, a little larger than a golf ball, in the Kerinci Seblat National Park, Sumatra, Indonesia. Taken on the trail from the village of Pulau Tengah to Pancuran Rayo waterfall.

Notes:

Children in the Kerinci valley often play games with these little guys.

I'm sure this is not in Glomeris genus.. Glomeris sp. is only found in European.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glomeris .. I think this is in Zephroniidae family, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zephroniidae , I found the same pic, but I'm not sure in what genus..http://www.natura-mundo.de/animals/animalia/30
