spotted, surprisingly, on the roof of a boat lift on the Indian River

Thanks, Sachin. This guy totally surprised me: I was driving home along the river road and thought, 'Man, that's got to be the biggest osprey ever.' It wasn't until I was next to the dock that I saw what it really was. Most unusual perch for an eagle.
