Thanks Ava T-B and auntnance123. After looking it up, I believe you're both right, it was a white-winged dove!
I agree with Ava: the white is evident on the right wing and the black on the throat. If you recall a pale blue eye ring, then it's probably a white-winged dove.
I think it may be a White-winged Dove (Zenaida asiatica).
