These insects originally made some capsules on the trailing stem of a plant ,and now they are building them on a thread that is hanging from the shade netting

Surely those are wasps building those really rather elegant nests

@KarenL Trashline Orbweaver ... Is that a spider? There are insects in these photos working on these 'capsules'

Maybe a species of trashline orbweaver (Cyclosa sp.)? I'm not sure if you have any of these species in Thailand.
