Have a look at Coremiocnemis sp. Plenty of images on the web, but check out this link. Kurt is the top bug photographer in Malaysia IMO. The sixth image down shows the eyes and is very convincing for an ID. Dave
The only thing I am finding close to that eye pattern is tarantula type spiders. Towards the bottom of this link is a good representation using an exuvium: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarantula The rim at the front of the carapace fits too.

Heteropoda - but there are so many, difficult to find a species. Great shot and spotting. Dave
