Description:

Dull, light blue abdomen with yellow stripes, blue turning back toward the end. Thorax is the same blue as the abdomen.

Habitat:

On a dead tree branch in my backyard.

No, this one's blue is much lighter than that and much duller, not a bright purplish-blue as in Trithemis festiva.
