I would say it's Amanita vaginata (Grisette), but can't really say because I can't see the base. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amanita_vaginata

I'd be interested to know what this one is! I don't know what Genus... If someone had a gun to my head I'd say it's a Russula
