Like I said, I'm not 100% certain on my suggestion. Here's an eastern parson spider that I spotted last year. The body shape is similar but I don't know about the markings. I also realize many specimens within a species will vary, so it's hard to say at this point. We only have one image to go on. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8462377
Hmmmm. To me, it looks like it could be an eastern parson??
I was bitten by a spider similar to this. A mild pain for a second or two and that was it.
Not 100% on this one but it sure reminds me of the genus Castianeira. Regardless of identity, it's a harmless species of spider.
