Field Notes

Habitat:

8500' -9000' elevation in pine forest of Pinaleno Mts, Southeast AZ.
On the outskirts of an old campground area.
This was the only one like it that I saw.

Notes:

Mushroom app ID'd as Hooded False Morel. I know nearly zero about mushrooms.

Gyromitra infula

Could be Gyromitra or Helvella perhaps.. These ones aren't my strong point as they aren't mushrooms I come across in my localities
