Scarabaeidae, Dynastinae, Dynastes sp., Megasoma elephas, male Elephant Beetle. I am not sure if in #3 the right one in front is a bigger female, followed by a smaller/younger male. Usually the males are quite bigger than the female. The females are lacking the impressive horns. You wanna see a real impressive horn?? The Hercules Beetle, Dynastes hercules from the same family/subfamily looks like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hercules_beetle
