Yeah, the "Almighty Wikipedia" is pretty amazing. I haven't gotten to use this app much yet (frogs and snakes are hard to find!). I like it, especially since they just added the frog calls, but it does seem to need more info. At least it's not as bad as the Audubon insect app. That thing is awful! It has very few species, and its search feature is no good.
Hmmm... You're right; it looks like the app might not be up to date. The online sources say that Fowler's Toad used to be considered a subspecies of Woodhouse's Toad. The app does not include Fowler's Toad at all. Thanks; I never would have caught that.
Thanks for the help. Southern Toad was also my first guess, but the range disqualified it. Woodhouse's Toad IS in Georgia, though only in the northern half (I found it in the northeast of GA). At least, that's what the range map shows on the Audubon Reptiles and Amphibians app. I will check Fowler's Toad, though.
