Brown/orange colour with red eyes. Very long legs and 2 very short wings.

Notes:

Some kind of long-legged assassin bug?

Maybe, I'm not that familiar with insects in Australia... but also consider it may be something closer to a Rice Bug (Genus Stenocoris) like these: http://bugguide.net/node/view/9170/bgimage
