Field Notes

Description:

Green rosette in winter. Spring, summer, and fall, it is a small green bush with leaves that feel a bit sticky. Small, purple, daisy like flowers cover the plant in fall. This one was confused.

Habitat:

Sun to part shade. Soil variable. Low water usage. Spotted in the Discovery Garden in Dallas.
