Small black and yellow wasp with blue-green eyes. The wings are dark and face is yellow.

Habitat:

Peach tree leaf in backyard.

Notes:

Greek phil 'lover' + anthus 'flower'
the common name "beewolf" refers to the habit of preying on bees
