Thanks for the concern,this is a introduced species i'am certain of that,it's fashion to put foreigner trees and plants in the public garden,i lately saw several diferent trees in this categorie of introduced in public gardens,very pretty but allways a little frightning when we se this kind of arbitrairy spreading of the species along the world,lets hope that this species dont transform in a problem
