I have reclassified this spotting as a Byssus Skipper based on information in the excellent Kaufman's Field Guide to Butterflies of North America - Amazon Link: http://ow.ly/benf9. This books says that the Zabulon Skipper's hindwing patch is not highlight by veins. In my photos, the veins appear to be prominent.
