Description:

The Chicory flower is a common flower found all over North America. They have a blue color. The scientific name is Cichorium Intybus. They can grow up to one meter. Chicory flowers are found along lots of roadsides and in disturbed sites. Chicory flowers are also known as the blue daisy, blue weed, blue dandelion, and many more. Their leaves produce a blue dye and their flowers produce a yellow dye. A coffee can be brewed from its dried and ground roots.
