Description:

This butterfly would not stay still! It was busy nectar-ing on the flowers of the tree in the last photo.

The Common Leopard Phalanta phalantha is a sun-loving butterfly of the Nymphalid or Brush-footed Butterfly family.

Medium size, wingspan of 50–55 mm.

Habitat:

Arunagiri Forest Park
