Description:

this guy was trying to cross the road and we had to help him to the other side. This guy was maybe 2.5 ft long snout to tail. Muscular and very heavy. They have thick rough skin and long tail.

Habitat:

west central ga

Notes:

As always with moving turtles we put him in the same direction and used exceptional caution so as not to get in the way of that snapper!
