Description:

Son originarios de Perú, se caracterizan por emitir un silbido cuando están nerviosos y se adaptan a cualquier clima. Son gorditos y redondos, además de que se reproducen rápidamente. Pueden llegar a pesar hasta un kilo. Son Roedores muy longevos ya que llegan a vivir entre 8 a 10 años en promedio.
